The Kintsugi Labo JAPAN operates primarily online and does not have a physical store. However, we do offer on-site sales in Kyoto City by appointment only. Appointments require at least one week's notice and are subject to availability.
This visit is a one-hour shopping experience guided by our knowledgeable staff involved in the creation of Kintsugi. You'll have the opportunity to learn about Kintsugi, browse and purchase our pieces in person. Please note that this does not include a meeting with our Kintsugi artist or a hands-on experience.
Since we are not always available, appointments are required. If you're interested, please use the reservation forms and reserve at least one week in advance.

Payment & Shipping Information

During your visit, payment will be made by credit card in Japanese yen, including sales tax, at the exchange rate on the day of your visit. We offer international shipping via DHL Express, so you can have your purchased Kintsugi pieces and any work done as part of the experience shipped directly to your home (area restrictions apply).

Reservation Process:

• Start by browsing our in-stock collection and select the Kintsugi pieces you'd like to purchase before your visit. The collection available on the day of your visit will be the same as what's displayed online.
• Check our availability calendar and select a date at least a week away or more.
• Fill out all fields marked with an asterisk* and submit the form.
• We'll email you a confirmed date and time after coordinating the schedules of our Kintsugi artists and store staff. To finalize your reservation, please reply to our confirmation email by the due date if the schedule works for you.
  The confirmation email will be sent from info@isono-revitalizing-office.jp. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.

Important Notes: It is a must read before submission.

• This visit is exclusively for foreign visitors to Japan who are interested in purchasing our Kintsugi pieces in person. While we welcome those who wish to purchase, please note that we do not accept visitors solely for window shopping, studio tours, or Kintsugi experiences. Thank you for your understanding.
• We require at least one week's notice for all reservations. Even if our calendar appears open, we may not be able to accommodate last-minute requests.
• Since online orders take priority, please let us know in advance which pieces you would like to purchase in person. We can hold them for you.
• We are pleased to offer the same prices as our online store, but please note that sales tax is included in the retail price because our shop is not tax-free.
• Please note that we do not sell accessories such as necklaces and rings.
• Your request may not be accommodated depending on our availability.
• This visit does not include a hands-on Kintsugi experience or meeting with our Kintsugi artists. Instead, you'll enjoy a brief presentation about Kintsugi by our knowledgeable staff and have the opportunity to purchase our pieces in person, while enjoying a complimentary cup of tea. The entire visit takes about one hour.
