販売価格：
販売価格は、お客様の所在地域に応じた通貨で表示し、表示されたその通貨・金額のままご請求いたします。決済画面に表示される金額が最終的なご請求額です。なお、当社の基準価格は米ドル（USD）建てで設定しており、各通貨への換算には Shopify Markets の為替レートを使用しております。ご利用のカードまたは決済アカウントが表示通貨と異なる通貨建ての場合には、カード会社または決済事業者が独自のレートで換算し、海外事務手数料が加算されることがあるため、ご利用明細上の金額が決済画面の表示額と異なる場合があります。日本国内へお届けの場合の表示価格には消費税が含まれます。海外へお届けの場合は輸出免税取引となり、日本の消費税は課されません。お届け先の国における輸入関税・付加価値税（VAT）・通関手数料等は含まれておりません。

商品代金以外の必要料金：
当社が配送を受け付ける国・地域への送料は無料です（配送対象国はShipping & Customs Policyに記載のとおりで、通関上の制約により一部の国・地域はお取り扱いしておりません）。お届け先の国における輸入関税・付加価値税（VAT）・通関手数料等が別途発生する場合があり、これらはお客様のご負担となります（DAP条件でのお届けとなり、関税等の立替・前払いは行っておりません）。

支払方法および支払の時期
PayPal、Visa、Mastercard、American Express、JCB、Apple Pay、Google Pay、Shop Pay がご利用いただけます。ご注文内容の確認・承認が完了した時点でお支払い（カードへの請求）が確定いたします。

商品の引渡時期
日本時間午前8時までにご注文いただいた場合、通常2〜3営業日以内に発送いたします（土日・日本の祝日を除く）。発送後、DHL Expressにて通常1〜2週間程度でお届けいたします（お届け先の国や通関状況により前後する場合があります）。

商品の引渡方法
DHL Express（追跡番号付き国際宅配便）にて発送いたします。日本国内へのお届けは日本郵便を利用しております。

返品・不良品・キャンセルについて
商品受領日から14日以内であれば、理由を問わず返品（契約の撤回）が可能です。なお、当社の作品はすべて一点物のため、商品の交換は承っておりません。返品（契約の撤回）のうえ、改めてご注文いただく形となります。ご返品の際は、期間内に info@isono-revitalizing-office.jp までその旨をご連絡ください。返送費用（および返送に伴う関税・手数料）はお客様のご負担となります。ただし、商品に不良がある場合、輸送中に破損した場合、またはご注文と異なる商品が届いた場合は、当社が返送費用を負担いたします。返金手数料・返品手数料は一切いただきません。返品のご連絡をいただいてから14日以内に、当初のお支払い方法にて代金（標準配送料を含む）を返金いたします。ただし、返品商品を当社が受領するか、お客様から返送を証明する書類をご提示いただくまでは、返金を留保する場合があります。商品の性質・特徴・機能を確認するために必要な範囲を超える使用による価値の減少がある場合は、その分を返金額から差し引くことがあります。また、輸入関税等が未払いのまま通関されず商品が日本へ返送された場合は、当該返送費用および通関関連費用を返金額から差し引きます。オーダーメイド品・ギフトカードは返品の対象外です。また、お届け先住所の不備・不完全、ホテルでの受取拒否、または配送業者による配達不能により商品が返送された場合も、当該返送費用はお客様のご負担となります。返金は、お支払いいただいた通貨と同一の通貨にて行います。返金額は、上記の控除事由に該当しない限り、お支払いいただいた金額の全額となります。ご利用のカードが別通貨建ての場合、カード会社の換算レートの変動により、ご利用明細上の返金額がお支払い時の金額と一致しないことがありますが、これはカード会社の処理によるものです。

返品期限
商品受領日から14日以内にご連絡いただき、ご連絡日から14日以内に商品をご返送ください。

Sales price:
Prices are displayed in the currency of your location and are charged in that same currency. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you will be charged. Our reference prices are set in US dollars and converted using Shopify Markets exchange rates. If your card or payment account is held in a different currency from the one displayed, your card issuer or payment provider will convert the amount at its own rate and may add a foreign transaction fee, so the amount on your statement may differ from the price shown at checkout. For deliveries within Japan, displayed prices include Japanese consumption tax. Deliveries outside Japan are treated as tax-exempt exports and are not subject to Japanese consumption tax. Prices do not include import duties, value-added tax (VAT), customs clearance fees or other charges applicable in the destination country.

Additional fees:
Shipping is free to all countries we serve (see our Shipping & Customs Policy for the current list; owing to customs restrictions, we do not ship to certain countries). Import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees and other charges may apply in the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer (delivery is on a DAP basis and we do not advance or prepay any duties or taxes).

Payment methods and timing
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payment (and the charge to your card) is finalised once your order has been confirmed and approved.

Shipping schedule

Orders placed by 08:00 Japan Standard Time will typically be shipped within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays). After shipment, delivery via DHL Express usually takes 1–2 weeks, depending on the destination country and customs clearance status.

Delivery method

We ship via DHL Express, an international courier service with a tracking number. For deliveries within Japan, we use Japan Post.

Returns, defective products and cancellations
You may return the product (withdraw from the contract) for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. To do so, please email info@isono-revitalizing-office.jp within this period. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods to Japan, including any customs or handling fees arising from the return. If the item is defective, was damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, we bear the cost of return shipping. We charge no refund or return fees. We will refund the purchase price (including standard outbound shipping) via your original payment method within 14 days of being informed of your decision. We may, however, withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier. If the value of the item has diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or functioning, we may deduct the corresponding amount. If import charges are left unpaid and the item is returned to Japan by customs, the return shipping and customs-related costs will be deducted from the refund. The same applies where the item is returned to us because the delivery address was incorrect or incomplete, a hotel declined receipt, or delivery attempts failed. Custom-made items and gift cards are not eligible for return. As every piece is one of a kind, we do not offer exchanges; please withdraw from the purchase and place a separate order instead. Refunds are made in the same currency as your payment. Unless one of the deductions described above applies, we refund the full amount you paid. If your card is held in another currency, the amount credited on your statement may not exactly match the amount originally debited, owing to changes in your card issuer's exchange rate.

Return deadline

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item, and return it within 14 days of contacting us.
