Our store staff will pick you up at the nearest JR Maibara station and take you to our workshop, just a 20-minute drive. We offer the Kintsugi experience free of charge only to customers who purchase our Kintsugi piece at our workshop

If the schedule is acceptable, your reservation will be finalized when you reply to our confirmation email by the due date.

1. We do not accept last-minute reservations (less than one week) or customers who only wish to tour our studio or experience Kintsugi without the intention of purchasing our kintsugi pieces.
2. We offer the Kintsugi experience free of charge only to customers who purchased our Kintsugi piece at our studio.
3. In our studio, you can see and buy the same Kintsugi pieces that are available in our web store. The prices are the same, and you can pay in Japanese yen with your credit card.
