Shipping, Duties & Delivery
Each price reflects the artwork itself, and shipping is complimentary on every order. Import duties and any applicable taxes are not included, however, and remain the buyer's responsibility, as these charges are set by the destination country.
Where duties or taxes apply, DHL will email you a secure payment link before delivery. A card payment takes only a moment, and settling it promptly keeps your piece moving smoothly through customs.
We ship directly to your recipient's address, so the surprise is preserved. All customs and payment notifications, however, are sent to you as the buyer. Please complete any DHL payment by the stated deadline — if it remains unsettled, DHL may contact the recipient directly to release the parcel.
DHL Express does not deliver to PO Boxes, with the sole exception of the UAE. Kindly provide a street address at checkout.
