We offer free shipping worldwide from Japan.
However, customs duties or import taxes may apply when your order reaches your country's customs office. These charges are not included in our product prices.

• We ship on DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. This means that you, the buyer, are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by your country.
• To comply with customs laws, we always declare the full value of your order. We can't mark items as lower value to reduce import duties when shipping.
• In most cases where customs duties apply, your local customs office or DHL Express will contact you directly to complete payment before your order is delivered.

• Items containing lacquered wood may be classified as lacquerware, which may result in different import duty rates.

• Orders under $800 USD are generally exempt from import duties and taxes.
